    Do you offer payment plans?

    At this stage, we require the deposit upfront and the balance one week prior to course commencement. If you need a structured payment arrangement, please reach out — we may be able to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

    What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in detail on the application form. Please review these terms carefully before enrolling, as the $950 deposit is non-refundable.

    What if I miss a training day?

    Make-up days are available at a cost of $400 per day, subject to trainer availability. We recommend avoiding absences where possible to ensure continuity in your learning.

    How many students are in each intake?

    We only take 2 students per trainer at a time, ensuring you get individualised guidance and plenty of hands-on practice.

    Do I need any prior experience with dogs?

    No prior grooming experience is required. A love of dogs, a willingness to learn, and good physical stamina are all you need to get started.

    What qualification will I receive?

    You’ll graduate with a Canine Professional Institute Certificate, backed by hands-on salon experience. This shows employers you’re ready to step into the grooming industry with real, practical skills.

    Where is the training held?

    In-person training takes place at our professional grooming centre in Burwood, where you’ll work with real dogs in a real salon environment.

    What happens after I graduate?

    We provide guidance on job pathways and industry connections. Many of our graduates step straight into employment or even explore opening their own grooming business.
