Why We Built Canine Professional Institute

We saw a gap in the industry.

Too many passionate people.
Not enough real, hands-on training.

We built CPI to close that gap - with practical education that prepares you for real dogs, real clients, and real responsibility.
For over 15 years, we have worked inside professional grooming salons and daycare environments. We have trained staff, mentored beginners, and seen firsthand how difficult it can be to enter the industry without meaningful practical experience.

Many courses focus heavily on theory. While knowledge matters, it must be translated into confident, hands-on skill. Our four-week intensive grooming program delivers immersive, real-world salon training. Our daycare course blends structured online learning with supervised practical placement. And our vet-approved Canine First Aid program supports both professionals and devoted dog owners who want the confidence to act when it counts.

We created Canine Professional Institute to build capability, confidence, and genuinely job-ready graduates.
